Clients and partners are granted limited rights to use JBSG’s materials solely for the purpose of availing services.
No part of JBSG’s content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent from JBSG Consultancy Services Pvt Ltd.
Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or distribution of JBSG’s intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

While JBSG retains copyright over its own materials, all client-provided documents (including Aadhaar details, taxation records, and business registration papers) remain the property of the client.

JBSG Consultancy Services Pvt Ltd does not accept cash payments from clients under any circumstances. All payments must be made only through authorized banking channels, online transfers, or approved digital methods communicated by JBSG.
Any claim of cash payment made to JBSG will not be recognized or processed. The company will not be responsible for disputes, losses, or refund requests arising from unauthorized cash transactions.
As per JBSG’s Payment Return Policy, no monetary refunds will be issued under any circumstances. If there is an issue or dissatisfaction caused by JBSG, corrective or replacement services will be provided at no additional cost.
Clients must ensure that payments are made only through official channels. Proof of payment should be retained and shared with JBSG when required for verification.
Fraudulent claims of cash payments will be treated as invalid and may lead to legal action. JBSG reserves the right to update this policy at any time without prior notice.
