Payment Return Policy

1. General Policy

JBSG Consultancy Services Pvt Ltd is committed to delivering reliable and compliant Taxation and Business Registration services. As part of our service framework, we do not provide monetary refunds to clients. Instead, we ensure client satisfaction by offering replacement services of equivalent value.

2. Replacement Services

If a service delivered (such as company registration, GST filing, or compliance documentation) is found to be incomplete or not aligned with agreed requirements, JBSG will provide corrective or replacement services at no additional cost.

In case of errors in taxation filings or registration processes attributable to JBSG, we will rectify the issue and reprocess the service without charging extra.

Replacement services will be equivalent in scope and value to the original service purchased.

3. Conditions for Replacement

• Replacement requests must be raised within the agreed service warranty period as per the contract.
• The client must provide valid reasons and supporting documentation for dissatisfaction or non-performance.
• Replacement services will be limited to the same category of service originally purchased (e.g., taxation filing replaced with taxation filing, registration replaced with registration).

4. Exclusions

• No replacements will be provided for services delivered as per agreed terms where dissatisfaction arises due to client-side delays, incomplete documentation, or changes in requirements after service initiation.
• No monetary refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
