Clients are responsible for bearing any additional costs or requirements arising from such changes.
JBSG will make necessary adjustments to services in line with updated regulations, and such changes will be binding on the client.
The accuracy of filings and registrations depends on the completeness and correctness of information provided by the client.
JBSG shall not be liable for errors, delays, or penalties arising from inaccurate, incomplete, or delayed submission of client information.
JBSG maintains strict confidentiality of client information, Aadhaar details, and business records. Such data will not be disclosed to any third party under any circumstances, except when required by law.
As per JBSG’s Payment Return Policy, no monetary refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
In case of dissatisfaction or errors attributable to JBSG, corrective or replacement services will be provided at no additional cost.
JBSG shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of its taxation or registration services.
Responsibility is limited to the scope of services explicitly agreed upon in the client contract.
